How to add a Regular

  • Open the CRM in Guest Line

  • Find the guest you want

  • Tap the star to mark them as a Regular

That's it. They're now saved in your Regulars list.

Inviting Regulars from the CRM

  • Go to the Regulars section inside the CRM

  • Select all (or pick the ones you want)

  • Invite them to any upcoming event in one go

Inviting Regulars from inside an event

  • Open the event in event mode

  • Tap the Regulars button

  • Send invites to your full Regulars list instantly

Good to know

  • Regulars already invited to an event won't show up in the Regulars button inside that event. Only the ones still missing will appear, so you can top up your list without doubling anyone up.
