Promoter Event Mode

A mode within Guest Line designed to be used live and on the go for promoters to manage their lists and add names!

How to add a names to an event/guest list?

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Event Mode on the bottom bar

  2. In the top dropdown, select the event you want to add the guest to.

  3. Click the blue ‘Add Guest +’ button

  4. Fill in their name, email and other contact fields

  5. Attribute ticket info such as; Plus Ones, Tags and Select the ticket type.

  6. Click done, and the guest will appear on the Guestlist on the night!

  7. Name and Ticket Type are the only mandatory fields for a manual guest.

Click the paste button to drop in copied names from your group chats, or notes.

On the home page you can select ‘Open App in Event Mode’, this means when you open the app it will automatically default to Event Mode. You will spend most of your time in event mode to add names, send links on the fly!
