How Commission Payouts Work on Guest Line

Step 1: Navigating to the Money Tab

Open the Guest Line app and go to the "Money" tab. This is where you manage everything related to commission earnings.

Step 2: Enter Your Business Details

If you are an Australian promoter with an ABN (Australian Business Number), enter it here. You will also enter your bank details, your BSB and account number. This ensures you are ready to be paid.

Step 3: Save Your Details

When you save, your details are stored securely. You will not have to enter them again unless you need to update them.

Step 4: The Payout Process

When commissions are due, the organiser will receive a file from Guest Line. That file will show all payouts. The organiser will then pay you by bank transfer into the account you provided.

Keep Track of Your Earnings

Although the organiser pays you, you can still view your commission history in the app. We recommend downloading your payout summaries to keep records, especially if you are reporting income.
