What is the Promoter CRM?
It is a centralised database that lives within your promoter dashboard on Guest Line, housing all guests that you’ve invited to events, or that have requested to be on your list via your links. You can filter through Guests, re-invite, segment with tags and view stats like ‘reliability rate’.
How do I get to the Promoter CRM?
Navigate to the Request Tab
Click the CRM button in the top right, it’s next to Swipe
How to re-invite a past attendee through the CRM?
Open the CRM
Search for your Guest using the search bar, and click on their profile
Near the bottom, you’ll find ‘Add to Event’, select the event you’d like to invite them to
This will prompt you to assign a ticket type. Once done, this guest is now invited and on your list.
What is a Regulars list?
A regular list is a set number of guests within your CRM that you know best. This is reserved for guests with a high reliability rate who frequent your list.
This feature is designed to save you and your regular time. You don’t need to send them secret links; they don’t need to apply for the guest list via your profile.
Once you create a regular, all you need to do is click Invite All and select the event and ticket type! They will receive an email. You can do this on the CRM or in Event Mode
You will only see guests who have an email or phone number attached to their guest card.
