Your Promoter Profile

Every promoter has a Guest Line profile, the link will always be guestline.io/promoterhandle or gst.li/promoterhandle (for shortened links)

How to edit your public-facing Guest Line profile?

1. Navigate to the Profile section in your Guest Line dashboard

2. All fields are editable; you can change your handle, your profile image.

3. You can also add social links to direct visitors to your Instagram, Spotify, Soundcloud, or any website

4. Guestline offers pre-set themes that you can choose from to add character to your profile.

What is the purpose of your Guestline profile?

• A centralised public facing link to show all the events you are promoting

• Share the link in your bio or upload to stories to prompt your network to request guest list

• Your friends, followers etc can request to be on an event’s guest list via your promoter link

How will guests interact with this link?

They will navigate to your profile, find the event, and request to be on the guest list.

All profile based guest list submissions/requests will appear in your Guest Line dashboard in either Requests or Event Mode and require your approval.
