Promoter Requests: Approving Guest List Requests

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Guest Line promoter dashboard

  2. In the bottom panel, select Requests +

  3. All requests will appear. To approve, click the tick symbol

  4. Add the ticket type and optional tag. This will confirm approval and send to the event guest list!

What is the requests tab?

The requests tab shows all of your guests requests across all events that you are a promoter of. You can filter all your requests by pending, approved, denied or all.

Within the requests tab you can also use ‘Swipe Mode’ to approve/deny, swipe left to deny and swipe right to approve. See below:
