What are Secret Links? 🔗

Secret Links allow promoters to generate a private, shareable URL tied to a specific event, which can be distributed via Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels. Guests who open the link are taken to a simple form where they can submit their details to request or secure a spot on the guestlist, with all submissions automatically appearing in Guest Line for easy review and management, you can also have them auto-approve and go straight to the guestlist!



How to set-up and send out a secret link?

  1. Within event mode, navigate to the event of choice and then click on the event details bar.

  2. Click the Secret Link button, submissions will be auto approved.

  3. Select which ticket type you’d like the secret link to be for, you can only choose one.

  4. Choose how many links you’d like to generate based on ticket type selected.

  5. Set plus one limit and expiry time, and then complete the module.

  6. You will then have the links generated, copy and paste into your chats with prospective guests!

  7. You can view if the link has been claimed by going into the secret link section, or in the Guests section you can see the secret link tab!
